Help

1. Tap “Start for free” at the top of this page: the app opens on app.justesse.ch, in English.
2. Tap “Create a free account”, enter your email and a password, choose the solution you are interested in (or “I don't know yet”), then “Create the account”.
3. Open the confirmation email, click the link, then sign in with “Sign in”.

Your first 10 documents are free, with no credit card. On first launch the app asks three questions (activity, VAT, needs); everything can be changed later in Settings.

Two tools are freely accessible, with no sign-up, and everything is computed in your browser:

1. The 2025 tax deduction simulator: answer the questions and get the estimate.
2. The Swiss QR-bill generator: enter the IBAN, amount and reference, then print or save as PDF.

1. The iOS app is in public testing. On the home page, iOS section, tap “Install via TestFlight”.
2. Install TestFlight from the App Store if you do not have it yet, then accept the invitation.
3. Sign in with the same account as on the web: your data follows you.

The getting-started guide (PDF, in French) is linked at the bottom of every page and on the app's sign-in screen.

1. Open app.justesse.ch/?vue=aide: the “How do I…?” page opens, with one entry per action (scan, invoice, correct or delete an entry, export, close the year…) and a search box.
2. In the app, it also sits in the “Profile” tab, next to “Understand accounting”.
3. On most screens, the “Help” button reopens the screen's bubble, and “All the help →” leads to the page.

1. On the website: FR · DE · EN at the top of every page. From a German or English page, “Start for free” opens the app in that language.
2. In the app: tap the globe at the top right (it is also on the sign-in screen) and choose Français, Deutsch or English. The choice is kept on the device.

1. First export your books from Journal: “⬇ Journal (CSV)”, “⬇ Trial balance (CSV)” and “⬇ Receipts (ZIP)”. You remain required to keep your records for 10 years (art. 958f CO).
2. In the app, open Settings, “Account & data” card, at the very bottom: “Delete my account and all my data”.
3. Confirm twice. Deletion is final and irreversible; only the billing records of your subscription are kept for 10 years (art. 958f CO).

To exercise your data rights without deleting the account (access, rectification, erasure, art. 25 and 32 FADP): contact@justesse.ch, reply within 30 days.

1. In the app, Journal: choose the period, then “⬇ Journal (CSV)”, “⬇ Trial balance (CSV)” and “⬇ Receipts (ZIP)”, named by voucher number.
2. For a document to read, “Reports”: tick balance sheet, income statement, trial balance, journal, general ledger or VAT return, then “Print / save as PDF”.

1. In the app, Settings, “Mail inbox” card: your mail-in address, specific to each company.
2. Send or forward your invoices (PDF or photo) to that address, or set up an automatic forwarding rule in your mailbox.
3. They wait in “To review (email)”: nothing is booked without your confirmation.

The plans, their document limits and prices are on the Pricing page, in Swiss francs, without VAT (the publisher is not registered for VAT, art. 10 VAT Act). A “document” is a booked receipt, invoice or till slip.

1. On the Pricing page, tap “Subscribe” under the chosen plan: payment is by card, through Stripe.
2. Use the same email address as your Justesse account: it is what links the payment to the account.
3. Your quota increases automatically once the payment is confirmed. Your usage is visible in the app, Settings, under “Mail inbox”.

For the Signature plan, “Join the list” prepares an email: the volume is sized together when you join.

Annual billing gives one month free: you pay for eleven months and get twelve. By card or by QR-bill, as you prefer. Write to contact@justesse.ch: we send you the annual payment link.

At any time and with no commitment, by writing to contact@justesse.ch from your account's address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (terms of use, point 4); your account returns to the free plan and your books remain intact.

Extraction stops until the next month. Nothing is lost: invoices sent by email wait and are processed as soon as the quota allows. You can change plan at any time.

The first 20 paying customers keep the price they subscribed at, for life, as long as their subscription stays active. Nothing to request: we keep the count and confirm your place by email after your first payment.

1. On the Partenaires page (in French), tap “Parler du programme”: an email is prepared, state the number of mandates concerned.
2. A half-hour conversation, then a trial on one of your files: the first ten documents are free.
3. You receive a partner code that your clients enter when paying. Every quarter: statement of active subscriptions and payment of 20% of the first year, against a simple invoice from you.

1. On the Partenaires page (in French), tap “Demander un code”.
2. The referred customer enters your code in the “code promotionnel” box of the payment page, or writes it to us before paying. No code, no commission.
3. 20% of what they pay during their first twelve months, paid every quarter for subscriptions active for at least three months.

1. The referred person gives us your first and last name when subscribing, or you write theirs to contact@justesse.ch (“Parrainer quelqu'un” on the Partenaires page prepares the email).
2. Condition: a new account that becomes paying within 60 days of signing up.
3. You each receive one free month, applied to the next due date.

In Switzerland: the database is hosted in Zurich (Supabase's Swiss region), each company in its own space, isolated from other accounts. The details are in the privacy policy.
