Intellectual property
All content of the website and the application — text, interfaces, logos, graphics, code and structure — is protected by Swiss intellectual-property law, in particular the Federal Act on Copyright (CopA). No warranty
Justesse is an application under development: the web version is functional, the iOS version is in testing. The application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, in particular as to its availability, the absence of errors, or the accuracy of the results displayed and exported.
Justesse is a bookkeeping-support tool: automated extraction of accounting documents (by artificial intelligence, with human review of every entry), journal, balance sheet, income statement, VAT and invoicing. Suggestions generated by the AI may contain errors: they are only recorded after your approval. Justesse constitutes neither accounting advice nor legal or tax advice, and does not replace the professional judgement of a fiduciary, a certified accountant or an audit body. You remain solely responsible for keeping your books and for the compliance of your financial statements.
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the publisher declines all liability for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the website or the application.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice and the use of the website and the application are governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the publisher’s registered office, subject to the mandatory places of jurisdiction provided for by law, in particular in favour of consumers.
